• Closed Dates: November 26 (Thu) and December 18 (Fri), 2026
• Venue: Sounds Forest, 5F, The Hyundai Seoul
• Operating Hours: 10:30 AM – 9:00 PM (Same hours on weekdays and weekends)
• Last Admission: 8:00 PM
• Admission: One ticket admits up to four guests
• Entry: One-time admission during the operating period

Important Information

• Outside food and beverages are not permitted.
• Strollers, shopping carts and pet strollers are not permitted inside.
• Tickets cannot be reissued if lost or damaged and are non-transferable and non-resalable.
• Infants aged 24 months and under are admitted free of charge and must be carried in a baby carrier.
• Pets are permitted only in a dedicated carrier or bag with a cover.
• The ticket grants access to the Christmas Village only. Separate on-site waiting is required for the outdoor markets.

• Stay Period: November 10 – December 31, 2026

Terms & Conditions

• Early closure may apply subject to room availability.
• Free cancellation is available until one day prior to arrival.
• All benefits are provided per room and per stay.
• The KRW 400,000 dining credit is provided once per stay.
• Spectrum buffet breakfast for two is provided daily throughout the stay.
• The dining credit cannot be combined with other discounts or point accruals.
• The Classic Suite and above package requires a minimum stay of two consecutive nights.
• Fairmont Gold Lounge benefits for two guests are included for guests staying in Classic Suite and above room types.
• The Christmas Village admission ticket is valid for one-time entry during the operating period for up to four guests.
• The Christmas Village will be closed on November 26 and December 18, 2026.
• The dining credit can be used at all hotel restaurants. It is not applicable to In Room Dining, minibar or retail purchases.
